Support Worker - The Role:

This Support Worker role includes promoting the independence of our service users. You will be accompanying them to weekly activities and assisting them in accessing the community. Our Support Workers should be respectful and always show patience and empathy. We expect our Support Workers to use their initiative to incorporate healthy routines and make sure you meet our service users' needs on a day-to-day basis.
