Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our expanding team of carers who make it possible every day for the people we provide support to, to remain independent and at home.

Our staff often tell us that their job is very rewarding, their days fly by and it feels good to do what they do, it's enjoyable, rewarding and often doesn't feel like it's work!

Duties would include:

• Provide support to prepare meals and general housework
• Provide companionship and take people out
• Dementia Care
• Personal Care
• Medication Support

We are a small team, with strong values

We have 5 positions available within our award winning and rapidly expanding company. These roles are between 10-35hrs.

Shifts are:

7.45am - 2pm

4pm - 10.30pm

We work on a 2 week rotation rota, so you will be working alternate weekends. Roles are set hours, set days by rota.

Training takes place over a twelve week period whilst working, after initial checks and 1-1 training.

Each new staff member completes their care certificate and is encouraged to undertake an apprenticeship route to gain health and social carer qualifications.
