We do not provide sponsorship or recruit from outside the UK. We are only able to accept candidates who live within the Didcot area or a commutable distance, with the right to work.

The Caring Company is an independent Care Provider covering Didcot and the surrounding villages. We are happy to recruit people with no experience as full training is provided to all sucessful candidates.

We are looking for caring reliable people wanting to work in the care sector to join our team, especially for evening and weekend staff. The role involves supporting elderly and disabled people who live in their own homes. You may need to travel between Didcot and the villages including Blewbury, Harwell and Upton. as part of your employment. Therefore having your own transport is recommended. We appreciate staff do not want to spend their day travelling, for that reason our client group is in a relatively small area, allowing for more hours worked less time driving.

Training including the Care Certificate, Medication, People Handling, Infection Control and Understanding Dementia.

A successful DBS and two references are an essential part of recruitment.

Being a care worker is a very rewarding job, it involves personal care, giving medication, preparing meals and general support. This enables people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. We also provide domestic support, take people to appointments and provide relief to care/social time. No day is the same, sometimes just being there makes a big difference in the lives of the people we visit. Care experience is ideal but not essential. Ongoing support and training is always availble with in house and online options.

Free uniform, DBS, training and enrolment in the NEST pension scheme. We offer flexible working both part and full time.
