Join us today and make a difference!!

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you'll have a more flexible work schedule than ever before. You may significantly improve the lives of vulnerable persons in your community by providing them with the necessary assistance to live freely and happily in their own homes. You do not need any special expertise or credentials to work with us; all we ask is that you possess the natural capacity to give person-centred, high-quality care and all trainings required will be catered for as part of the induction programme and consequent individual personal/professional development plans for new starters.

WE PAY FOR TRAVEL TIME: We think our care workers work hard to give people high-quality care in their own homes and deserve the best pay. In addition to the already great pay, we pay our care staff for their travel time and mileage. Most other care providers don't want to pay for the time between care visits, which is travel time. By joining New venture care and getting paid for their travel time in addition to their hourly rate and mileage, a full-time Care Assistant could make an extra £200 per month on average (based on 40-hours of work per week). Apply to join our great team, and you'll soon get paid for travel time and mileage without having to do any extra work.

Why you should join

  • Getting paid more on bank holidays + PAID TRAVEL TIME
