Health Care Assistant/Support Worker

Bimkel Care is a domiciliary care company that is looking for a competent, reliable, kind. welcoming and professional Support Workers or Health Care Assistants. We are looking to recruit diligent people with people skills that can work with our clients to support them with the activities of daily living and promote their independence regardless of their illness. We will expect you to have at least NVQ Level 2 in health and social care, and a Care Certificate although training will be provided. We will expect you to have good communication skills, and a car driver as the job requires you to drive. You will have basic training in care and the ability to work with older people with Dementia or mental illness. you have to be able to work in UK (sponsorship is not provided).

DBS certified 

Desirable: 

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care 

Experience in care settings

Basic training in Health care such as manual handling, first aid BLS etc 

We provide Career Development, First class in house training, pension, Free DBS check (although you will pay for your DBS should you leave within the probation period), Annual leave, compassionate leave etc
