About the Role: 
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily activities, delivering care with respect and kindness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Administering medication as needed.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Helping with light household tasks.
- Keeping accurate records of care provided.

Key Requirements: 

- Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is advantageous.
