The day-to-day role of a community carer has many misconceptions and many new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have a positive impact on an individual and their relatives’ lives for a living you can imagine how rewarding that is. Here are the standardised type of duties our carers would be involved in day-to-day:

·  Make visits to clients in their own home using your own vehicle

·  Help Premier’s clients meet their desired outcomes from our services

·  Help with personal care such as washing and showering

·  Cook and serve meals and drinks

·  Help with medications

·  Support with day to day living

·  Recording visits live with our digital care planning system

We are looking for staff to fill existing ready-made runs of care with established hours. We can accommodate full or part time hours and our runs of care are split into AM availabilities and PM availabilities.

As we are a very popular care provider, we welcome applications from experienced carers and we have a dedicated enhanced rate to match your experience. If you are new to care we would very much like to welcome you - we will provide a full training program and probationary support to help you reach your full potential. For both new and experienced carers, we will require you to have the right attitude towards care and we have a high rejection rate in order to keep our community of carers professional.
