Home Care Support Worker – The Role:

·  To support people in their own homes with day to day living tasks

·  Meal Preparation and cooking

·  Companionship

·  Medication management

·  Personal care

·  Domestic tasks as required

·  Be a friend

·  Empower people to be independent

·  Support people to make choices and be there when the day is not so great

Home Care Support Worker – What we need from you:

We do not require any previous experience; all we look for is someone with a caring and compassionate nature with a genuine interest in people and their history.

A full UK driving licence and vehicle (car/moped/motorbike) is required for travelling to and from peoples homes.
