Come and join us! Better Care at Home is looking to recruit additional members of staff to join our OUTSTANDING care agency supporting people in their homes.

We provide services in West Dorset and East Dorset areas including: Dorchester, Poundbury, Bere Regis and surrounding areas. In the East we are looking for people to cover Christchurch, Highcliffe, Mudeford, Southbourne and the surrounding areas. 

Part-time or full-time hours available.

What you will need is a genuinely caring attitude, your own reliable car and a desire to learn and develop in your role. We go "over and above" for our clients, but are also passionate about caring for our carers.

We also offer funded training to diploma level and beyond.
