ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Admin Assistant at an Infinite Care Network, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our clients deserve. In this varied role, we need you to answer the phone, handle our files, and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, and engage with care staff, and their families around so they can see what makes us so different

ABOUT YOU
If you can multi-task, have good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner you could be well-suited to the Admin Assistant role with us. It is also really important that you are a people person who takes a genuine interest in our clients and their families. If that sounds like you, will allow you to develop your skills with courses that have been designed to build your confidence across all your responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming telephone inquiries
  • To be on-call in case of emergency
  • Management of service compliance i.e. staffing competence and compliance, recruitment data updated, home office guidance followed with sponsored staff.
  • Maintaining Care Assistant office files
  • Ensuring all other records are kept up to date
  • To work closely with the Care Manager, Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor
  • And other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Min of 1-year experience as an office administrator or similar positions.
