Bluebird Care Chichester are looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time OR full-time basis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
• Drive to clients' homes as needed, providing home care services.
• Foster a supportive environment through effective communication and empathy.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while delivering care.

We will not be able to process your application if you are not a British Citizen or have no right to work in the UK or do not live locally to our office.

What you’ll need:

• Full Driving Licence
• Access to your vehicle which you must insure of business use.
• The right to work in the UK

No Domiciliary experience necessary, although we do welcome those with previous NHS, Carer or Support Worker experience. We have found individuals with Early Years’ experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Care Assistant.
