Community Care Assistant role:
- Previous experience in a supporting or care role desired but not necessary as full training will be given
- Have genuine empathy and compassion
- Be able to provide excellent care and support
- Have Positive interaction skills
- Be self-motivated & well organised
- Be Flexible to respond to the changing needs of those who we support and the company requirements.
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a core staff team
- Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
Skills / Qualifications:
- Skills and Experience Required: Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred
- or you are willing to complete a level 2 whilst in position. 2 Years experience is preferred but not essential
