We are looking to recruit caring, reliable, passionate individuals to join our care professionals in providing excellent standards of care to our clients to live independently in their own homes. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as you will be driving to clients homes. We are looking to recruit drivers within the following Northfield and Bartley green areas:

B29, B30, B31, B32, B17, B45, B38, B39, B42, B24, B23

Care Assistants at Care4u come from all walks of life. Some have worked in factories, supermarkets or schools. Some are returning to work after a break. Many have no, or minimal, experience, but are keen to explore a career in care, while many already have invaluable experience. What they all have in common is the right values.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with personal care, (washing and bathing)
  • Administration of medication
  • Meal preparation
  • Light domestic duties
  • Social activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Flexible
  • A friendly and Calm manner
  • Committed and professional
  • Good standard of English
  • Have a valid driving licences and a car.
  • Shifts available from 6am-2pm and 4pm-9pm

To all our successful staff, carer’s can work towards the following qualifications:

Level 2/3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
Level 3 in Palliative Care
Level 2 in the Safe Handling of Meds
Level 1 & 2 in Safeguarding Adults
Mental Capacity Act training, etc
