Weekend and Evening Care Workers in the community

Carers / Support workers required to work in the community covering the Essex region. Canvey Island, and Benfleet

We are recruiting for Evening and Weekend Carers 

You must be a car driver with transport as the role is working in the community

Successful applicants are required to undertake an enhanced disclosure. - paid for by the company

Skills required:

• The understanding of client confidentiality, empathy and a friendly and sympathetic approach
• The ability to relate to people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures
• Reliability and flexibility, respecting individual needs and working in person centred approach.
• Previous experience not required - full training given leading to Health and social care Diploma.

Duties include

• Supporting clients with daily care such as washing, dressing, using the toilet and feeding themselves, medication, support in the community.
