We are a small, family run care company who support people in their own homes across the Deeside area (Shotton, Connahs Quay, Mancot & Hawarden).

We have a friendly, caring and supportive team and we are looking to recruit motivated and reliable Community Carers join us on our mission to support people to 'have a good day'.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Travelling in your vehicle from home to home to support people with care and support needs.
• Emotional support and companionship
• Personal care e.g. assisting people with washing, showering, dressing
• Administering prescribed medication (tablets, liquids, creams, inhalers etc)
• Preparing light meals, snacks and drinks
• Undertaking light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, emptying bins, kitchen hygiene etc)
