Tucare are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join their team as Carers. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in providing personalised care and support to their clients in their own homes. Our carers will assist with a range of daily activities, promote independence, and provide companionship to enhance the overall well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, outings, and social activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in meaningful activities and conversation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not essential.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation essential.
