Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and
dedicated Healthcare Assistant with a valid driver's license to join
our team. This role involves providing high-quality personal care and
support to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities, ensuring
their physical and emotional well-being. The role also requires the
ability to travel between different locations to provide care
services, so a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are
essential. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist patients with daily
activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting,
ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

Mobility Support: Help patients with mobility
issues, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and assisting
with walking.

Medical Support: Monitor vital signs, administer
medication (under supervision), and assist with basic medical
procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.

Transport: Drive patients to appointments, social
activities, or other necessary destinations, ensuring their safety
and comfort.

Communication: Maintain open and effective
communication with patients, their families, and healthcare
professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

Documentation: Accurately record care provided and
patient conditions in line with company policies and procedures.

Home Environment: Assist with light housekeeping
tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.

Emergency Response: Recognize and respond
appropriately to emergency situations, following established protocols.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Healthcare-related qualifications are desirable.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role
is preferred.

Licensing: Valid driver's license and access to a
reliable vehicle.

DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check required prior to employment.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, strong observational skills, ability to work independently
and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel between different locations as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting and
