Care Assistant

A DRIVING LICENCE AND CAR IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

We are recruiting for full and part time Care Assistants in the Pulborough, Billingshurst, Storrington, Horsham, Henfield and Steyning areas. Would you like to make a difference and play an important and valued role in your community?

What's in it for you?

• Weekday rates of pay: 09:00 - 18:00 - £12.75 per hour
• Weekday early & late unsociable Hours: 07:00 - 09:00 and 18:00 to 22:00 - £13.00 per hour
• Weekend rate of pay: 07:00 - 22:00 - £14.25 per hour
• Bank Holiday: 07:00 - 22:00 - £18.50 per hour
• Paid mileage of 30p per mile
• Refer a friend bonus £200
• Signing-on bonus £150
• Fully funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health & Social Care
• You can be considered for our Open University Funding Programme. Work with us full-time and you could receive up to £9K funding for yourself or dependant child on a part-time course, or up to £6k on a full-time course. Work with us part-time and you could receive up to £6k funding for yourself or your dependant child for part-time courses.

What you will be doing:

You’ll deliver high quality care and support to people living in their own homes. You’ll have responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Personal Care
• Meal preparation
• Administer Medication
• Companionship Care

To achieve this, full training is provided in all aspects of care, meaning that no previous experience in care is necessary.

All you need

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car
• The desire to care for others
