Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a visiting carer, you’ll support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence. You may have up to 6 visits a day, depending on your availability. Your duties will include:

• Personal Care: Helping with washing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Meal Preparation: Planning and cooking nutritious meals.
• Medication Support: Assisting with managing medications.
• Day-to-Day Assistance: Helping with shopping, appointments, and other tasks.
• Companionship: Providing social interaction, fun outings, and visits.

Who We’re Looking For

If you’re compassionate, reliable, and patient, you’re just what we need! Whether you’re new to care or already experienced, we offer comprehensive training to help you thrive. To succeed, you should:

• Be passionate about helping others
• Have good communication skills
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car (with business insurance)
• Have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
