At We Care SW Ltd, your work for us will help ensure that our key values of offering Care and support to those in their own homes are made real every day. You will provide companionship to our Service users, listening and engaging in conversations about their interests and hobbies, ensuring that they are cared for compassionately and respectfully. Daily tasks will include :

* Personal Care including washing and dressing

* Prompting and supporting with nutritional needs

* Medication support

* Support to maintain a habitual environment within their own homes

* Supporting individuals into the community, shopping, visiting local communities.

* Providing person centred care at the highest possible standard.

We are looking for people who are kind, caring and passionate to providing Outstanding Care and support to Service users to remain in their own home independently. Experience is not essential as we provide all training, mentoring and development opportunities.
