Key Responsibilities

Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

Support Independent Living: Help with household tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Medication Management: Safely assist clients with their medication schedules and needs.

Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing emotional and social support.

Community Engagement: Encourage and assist clients in staying connected with family and the community.

Your Role as a Care Assistant:

• Brighten a Client’s day and keep them motivated
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, and medication
• Help with shopping, housekeeping, and errands
• Accompany Clients to appointments and outings

Requirements:

• Must live locally in Sutton, Epsom, Leatherhead, Dorking or surrounding areas
• Full UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to a vehicle
• Genuine passion for helping others and a positive, reliable attitude
