GoodOaks Homecare are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our great team in East Dorset.

Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas based on clients’ requested call times and carer availability, communicating with staff, clients, families, and professionals.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with our growing business offering superior homecare throughout East Dorset. The role will be based at our office in Wimborne but travel throughout the territory will be required.

The role will also involve completing care calls on an adhoc basis.

What will you do?

  • Producing weekly rotas and team liaison
  • Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Managing care scheduling and client contact
  • Keep morale high within your team
  • To help the training and induction of new starters
  • Help the company grow and take on extra clients including their initial care assessments
  • To allow Good Oaks to provide a continuous and reliable service
