About the Role:

As a Supported Living Worker, you will:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Encourage and promote independent living skills tailored to each client’s needs.
• Support clients in social activities, community engagement, and appointments.
• Implement personalized care plans and provide emotional and practical support.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in social care, learning disabilities, or mental health (preferred but not essential – full training provided).
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work flexibly (days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins may be required).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable individuals.
