Marvin was a welder all his life but wanted to semi-retire as he wasn’t getting any younger. He chose care as wanted to give something back. He has now been with us for 9 years and can’t believe he didn’t do this job earlier in life.

Melanie joined at the end of 2017 and works for us whilst studying at university. She wanted some extra income but needed hours that could fit around her studies. She lets us know each month what hours she is available, and we give her work in those times.

Olivia chooses to work in the evenings when her partner is at home so that he can look after their kids. She was nervous about getting back into work after having children but says she actually looks forward to working now as she can have adult conversations and loves caring for others.

2. Interview – At a time that suits you, we’ll arrange for you to come in so that we can discuss the role in more detail and answer any questions you may have.
3. Training and Induction – Once you’ve been accepted for the role, we’ll provide a comprehensive induction programme to ensure that you’re equipped with the tools you’ll need to provide a great service.
4. Ongoing Support – With regular one to ones, we’re there to help you develop and grow as a valued member of staff
