Job Description
Here at Caremark Elmbridge we are very passionate about what we do within the community, we are looking for Care Assistant to come join us on our journey.
As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for meeting the care requirements of the client in their own home, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.
The type of care and support that you will be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
We care about our staff and like to reward them for their hard work.

o We are paying mileage at rate of £0.30p
o Amount contributed towards DBS check will be reimbursed after successful completion of probation period of 3 months.
o Initial & Mandatory training will be paid at rate of £8.21 per hour and will be reimbursed after 6 months of continuous service with the company
o Paid shadowing is offered at £8.21 per hour and will be paid along with regular pay in next calendar month providing an individual stays with company in continuous service for 3 months
o Initial Uniform/s will be provided by company.

o Shopping & meal preparation
o Prompting with medication
o Support with daily routines
o Respite services
o Socialising & leisure activities
o Helping clients access the community
