Support Worker

Home care support workers are required in the Wakefield and surrounding areas. Driving Licence is required and use of a vehicle is required for this role. We also offer time and a half and double time for any emergency shifts covered.

Flexible working hours are available and bank staff are also welcome.

We also pay on a weekly basis

As an experienced home care company our aim is to work carers in the same areas, giving the client consistancy and continuity, but also giving our staff the same, also saving them fuel costs and added milage to their vehicles.

Staff will be allocated the same days off over a two period. Every other weekend is only needed. We do not allow our staff to work from 6am to 11pm! We believe in a balance in work life and personal life, in turn, this creates a happy staff member instead of a tired and over worked staff member, as this reflects their work abilities. We value all our staff. We operate an open door policy.

We also offer free uniforms, paid training AND shadowing.

We also offer all our staff the Care Certificate, with the opportunity to complete the Health and Social Care Diploma.
