Job title: Community Mental Health Support Worker
Hours: Full/Part-Time (varying shifts between the
hours of 7 and 10 )
Shift Pattern: A mixture of mornings and evenings,
including every other weekend
Salary: £14.00-£15.25 per hour plus 25p per mile
Locations: Cheltenham
We are currently
recruiting for a mental health support worker to join our existing
teams in Bristol and the surrounding area.
About the role:
As a community mental health support worker, you’ll deliver
excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity,
and engage directly with our wider community. You will make a positive
impact in the lives of those you support.

- Supporting Individuals in their own homes to regain their Independence.
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in the mental health
field or related industry.
- Knowledge of various mental health conditions and their treatments.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of
a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Taking clients for appointments or outings
What we need from you:
- full driving licence and access to own vehicle are desirable for
this position.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Genuine passion for helping others and wanting to make a positive difference.
- Respect people’s right to privacy
- Have a zero tolerance of all forms of abuse
- flexible approach to your working hours as Saturday and Sunday
work is required
