Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our supported living and home care services.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare for and contribute to the expansion of services, including future residential care facilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with individuals with challenging behavior. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the service and clients. Registered CQC Manager (essential). Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
