Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support staff development through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.

Skills / Qualifications:
