Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Manage and maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Support the HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
