Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided.
  • Travel between clients' homes to deliver care, ensuring punctuality and reliability.

Skills / Qualifications:
