About the Role: As a Home Care Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our home care services. You will be responsible for managing client schedules, coordinating care visits, and providing administrative support to our care staff and clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Manage client files, update information, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records. 
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain client care schedules, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery. 
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns. 
  • Staff Management: Support the recruitment and onboarding of care staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped. 
  • Administration: Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports. 
  • Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, payroll processing, and other financial tasks. 
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. 
  • Computer skills are essential
