Job Description: 

-Supporting clients with personal care ( washing, dressing, toileting)

- Assisting with meal preparation and medication

-Providing companionship and emotional support

-Helping with mobility and household tasks

- Escorting clients to appointments or social activities

-Keep accurate records of care provided
