We have an exciting opportunity in our brand new not for profit Children's services. This is a needs led children's LD residential home due to open in Summer 2025. We have roles available for caring, supportive and driven people to join our team. We are looking for a Registered Manager - could this be you? The successful applicant will lead, manage and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, while acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for, helping, supporting and ensuring they thrive in their day to day lives.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for
managing the day-to-day operations of the children’s home supporting
children and young people with LD disabilities and other additional
complex needs. As an experienced manager you can confidently lead a
dedicated team, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere
for all to thrive. You will play a key role in setting up and
developing this new service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory
and legislative requirements.
