What You’ll Be Doing

• Bringing joy to customers in their homes—because a little care goes a long way!
• Helping with daily tasks like personal care, meal prep, and making their day brighter.
• Providing companionship—chats over tea, shared hobbies, and friendly visits.
• Supporting independence by driving clients to appointments and outings.
• Being the friendly link between customers, their families, and healthcare teams.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Hive

• A full driving licence & access to a car for buzzing around town.
• A big heart and a naturally caring nature.
• Independence & reliability—you’ll work solo but always have a team behind you.
• No experience? No problem! We provide full training to get you buzzing.
• A transferable DBS is handy, but we can help you sort one if needed.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (Sorry, no sponsorship or extra hours available).

The Bee-autiful Perks

• Competitive Pay: £13.00+ per hour!

Boosted Rates:

• £13.50/hour (Weekdays 6 PM–10 PM)
• £14.00/hour (Weekends 7 AM–10 PM)
• £19.50/hour (Bank Holidays)
• Guaranteed Hours (Opt-in after 12 weeks for a secure minimum monthly wage).
• Mileage Reimbursement: 45p per mile—because buzzing around should be stress-free!
