What You’ll Be Doing

• Spreading warmth and joy to customers in their homes.
• Assisting with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and household support.
• Providing cheerful companionship—whether it’s sharing a hobby or a friendly chat.
• Helping customers stay active by driving them to appointments and outings.
• Being a vital link between customers, their families, and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Hive

• A full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
• A naturally caring and dependable nature—just like a busy bee!
• The ability to work independently while knowing you’ve got a strong team behind you.
• No previous care experience? No worries! We provide full training to get you buzzing with confidence.
• A transferable DBS is helpful, but we can arrange one if needed.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (please note, sponsorship and additional hours are not available).

The Bee-autiful Perks of Working With Us

• Competitive Pay: Starting at £13.00 per hour.
• Enhanced Pay Rates:
  • £13.50 per hour (Weekdays 6 PM–10 PM)
  • £14.00 per hour (Weekends 7 AM–10 PM)
  • £19.50 per hour (Bank Holidays)
• Guaranteed Hours Scheme available after 12 weeks for a secure monthly wage.
• Mileage Reimbursement: 45p per mile to cover your buzzing around town.
