The Role of a Care Assistant

We are seeking caring individuals who can support our clients and offer both full-time, part-time positions.

Care assistants support clients in the community to live and remain in their own home. Due to the nature of the role in the community you must be willing to travel around Doncaster and commit to working a combination of the following shift times 7am – 2.30pm and 3.45pm – 9.45pm including alternative weekends and bank holidays. We need a our care care assistants to be available for two evenings per week as a minimum.

You will support clients with:

• Personal care tasks
• Medication
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Shopping
• General companionship and wellbeing
• Taking clients to medical appointments

We provide you with:

• Up to £14.00 an hour
• Paid travel time and mileage allowance
