What your typical day involves
Assisting residents with their care needs
- Monitoring the health of residents
- Completing household duties
- Preparing meals
What we are looking for
- Individuals who are caring and supportive, and able to build strong relationships with the clients
- A respectful, compassionate and highly motivated team player
- Willingness to take on a challenge
- An understanding of autism, learning difficulties and mental health issues (although this is an advantage and not a requirement);
- A driver (but again, this is an advantage and not a requirement)
