Full Job Description
As a Health Care Assistant you will be supporting our clients in their own homes with all aspects of their day-to-day living, including personal care tasks, such as nutrition, toileting and bathing.
We are looking for people who are caring, supportive and passionate about providing a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, maintaining dignity and respect at all times. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and an empathetic approach is essential.
We have currently taken on clients that have tested positive with Covid-19, therefore this role would involve working with those clients. Keeping our care teams and customers safe is our priority. We provide all of our carers with the following - Type IIR Masks, Visors, Aprons, Gloves & Sanitisers as well as weekly Covid testing for all staff. Risk assessments are also in place to support all.
Full Shadow training will be provided.
