What's the role about?

Care assistants are part of a team supporting people with all aspects of their daily life, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times

We are looking to recruit in the following areas,

Kidderminster * Stourport * Bewdley * Cleobury Mortimer

If you have a full driving licence, a car and a mobile phone and you are kind, caring and honest we would love to hear from you. 

TLC have our own Training Team that offers free training on site and support to staff through their Care Certificate. We have strong connection with an outside Training Provision who help our staff to achieve their Level 2/3 in H&S Care.

COVID-19 considerations:
All our staff are provided with full PPE's including Full Aprons, Sleeves, Visors, Gloves Surgical Masks and foot protectors.

  • Driving License (preferred)

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Full training of care certificate delivered. We actively promote career development with NVQ qualifications
