Care Professional

We are requiring a Caring Superhero to support our clients within their own homes.

This role is part-time and the hours can fit around your own commitments making it a worthwhile work-life balance. We ask that you work alternate weekends (just a few hours) because if our Clients need help on a weekday they will always value the support at the weekends too!

Our Caring Superheros work with Clients for a minimum of one quality hour at a time and we allocate time for you to travel between visits so there are no stressful car journeys through traffic to get to visits. The Care professional is matched to our Clients and they are then scheduled to be that regular visitor enabling more positive and professional relationships to be built. The Care professionals can see the difference they are making and huge job satisfaction is achieved.

The job can be different every day but the approach and focus are the same.....to support vulnerable people to live their life independently and in the way they wish for and as long as possible within the place they call home. This may be preparing meals, helping with medication, supporting Clients to have a shower and get dressed or doing the housework, making beds or laundry.
