We are seeking for a responsible,organised Care and Support Worker to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in improving the quality of life of our Service Users, in the comfort of their own home. You will assist Service Users in all aspects of their daily living. You will mostly work alone or as part of a team with the Service User in their home. We are recruiting Care and Support Worker seeking full time or part-time work, with or without previous experience in social care. We can start you off in a long term career within social care even though you may have other commitments to children or elderly parents. We do require all staff to be able to cover alternate weekend shifts. Providing care and support, offers rewards but can be challenging. Care, Compassion, good communication skills, good team player and willingness to learn are essential for this important role in our care agency.
