Care & Support Worker

The position will include tasks such as personal care, continence care, support worker, managing medication and meal preparation and light domestic duties. This position is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and completion of training and a probation period. All care and support workers must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts as well as alternative weekends.
