The role involves supporting adults and seniors in their own homes.

· To support adults and seniors to live in their own homes, promoting and maintaining their independence when providing COMPANIONSHIP, PERSONAL CARE & HOME HELP.

· Encourage client’s individuality and enhance their quality of life.

· To represent alice chilton professionally in the community.

Previous experience is not essential, full training will be provided for successful candidates. 

Driving licence and car owner required. DBS checks will be undertaken.

Health & Wellbeing cash plan, eligible after two years’ service

DBS paid for by the company, to be repaid if employee leaves within 12 months of service.

Weekday, post 6pm, weekend and designated holiday rates listed.
