Community Care Assistant

Here at Falcon-Care Preston we have vacancies for Community Care Assistants. As a Community Care Assistant you will be the face of the business, you will be assisting service users in their own home out in the community. 

Duties:

• Personal care
• Medication support / management 
• End of life care 
• Dementia care 
• Social support 
• Light domestic support
• Complex care
• Shopping support 

Requirements: 

• Must have valid UK drivers licence & use of own vehicle 
• Must be able to work alternate weekends 
• Must be able to work between the hours of 7am & 11pm 
• Must have use of smart phone
