We are looking for caring and compassionate home care support workers in the Bridlington area.
Previous experience preferable but not essential as full training, induction and support will be given by our friendly and approachable management team with opportunities for further training and development to promote career progression.

As a new home care service we are looking for carers to join our team NOW to be with us right from the beginning helping to make a big difference in the lives of those we provide care and support to.
We will provide you with:
Rate of pay is £14.00 per hour plus mileage for car drivers at £0.30 per mile.
We have several positions available to work in the Holderness area in good rounds of care back to back with another member of staff.
Ideally, we are looking for staff who can follow our 4:3 rota as this has many advantages for both you and our home care service -
Week 1 will be Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
Week 2 will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
However, we understand this isn't for everyone and we have full time and part time positions available so we can find a work / life balance that suits you.
Your role would be to support people within their own homes with all aspects of their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, domestic care, mobility, dietary care and support across meal times, assistance with administering medication as well as simply providing companionship because you might be the only person they see and communicate with that day.
The role of a care support worker is so varied - each person has unique needs which makes the job unique and varied too.
