Shift Details:

Block pay shifts:

  • 7am – 2pm
  • 4pm – 10pm

Visits scheduled between 2pm – 4pm are paid at an hourly rate.

  • Availability for weekends and evenings is required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • No experience in care? No problem! Full training provided.
  • Must-Haves:
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A caring, compassionate nature and a desire to support others.
  • Availability to maintain training and compliance standards.
  • Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 and Class 1 Business Insurance.
  • Important Note: We do not offer sponsorship for this role; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote client independence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
