Care support worker

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic Domiciliary Care Support workers to join our registered care service in Chelmsford, Essex. With your own transport, you would be working with elderly and disabled people - in their own homes. Previous experience of this type of work is important to us, but not necessary.

Domiciliary Care Support worker are some of the most important people in our clients' lives. The care and support you give them will be valued highly as part of a professional, registered service. Their needs range from occasional help with domestic tasks 1 to 24-hour care for patients with complex care needs. As a care assistant, you have the freedom to decide which types of work you feel comfortable with. Hours are flexible and our support team keep in close contact to inform you of upcoming shifts. We place no limits on the support and opportunities. If you want to develop your career, we will give you training towards the valuable Care Certificate as well as specialist training for more challenging client groups. All applicants are subject to DBS and reference checks. We offer monthly pay direct into bank account, 4 weeks paid holiday, travel allowances, bonus, sick pay, pension scheme.
