What we are looking for:
We are looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our ‘family’ in providing Domiciliary care to people who still live in their own homes but require additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Main duties
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide care to service users, within their own homes, which will involve travelling between clients within the community. If you are not a driver, don’t let this discourage you as transport will be organised for you, by us. Main duties involve visiting people in their own homes to assist with household tasks, personal care and occasionally accompanying the client on visits to the doctor or hospital. You’ll perform a variety of tasks in either single or double teams, according to a person-centred care plan for each service user.

Those of you who already work in a caring role will be aware of the daily responsibilities and duties expected. However, to those who may have never worked in such a role and are considering a role in care and have many questions, we would love to speak to you and thoroughly explain the role to you and answer any of these questions.
A successful candidate must have an interest in working with elderly or people with a disability, and whilst relevant experience is an advantage it is not necessary as all training will be provided, free of charge!
Please be aware a valid driving licence is required as the job involves some travelling, and due to the regulations around care work, all applicants must be 18 or older.
