Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic Bluebird Care (Eastbourne and Wealden) has continued to deliver the support our customers need, now more than ever and due to ongoing and increasing customer demand we need more care assistants or home carers.

We can offer stability, safety and rewarding roles as a care assistant and are actively recruiting for both full-time and part-time hours. You are expected to travel between customers so you must have a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle which you can insure for business use

Care Assistant benefits

• A generous mileage allowance between home visits is also paid
• Bank holiday rate on top between x 1.5 to 2 times the week day or weekend hourly rate.
• Flexible hours contract
• It makes a rewarding pay package. Full time, flexible or part time hours are available including days, evenings and weekends.

You don't need experience to join us, but you must drive and have access to a car or motorbike for this kind of care work
